Design Services
CONCEPT DEFINITION
Our team offers comprehensive design services, from an idea to the realization. Every project begins with a concept, continues with a conceptual design and preparation of design documentation, and ends with an implementation plan and details.
Following the initial discussion and completion of a questionnaire about your ideas, we prepare the concept of the resort which in turn serves as the basis for your final investment decisions.
The glamping design concept includes:
The concept idea …..The resort “story”.
The concept of all facilities and services which will be available at the resort.
The details of the accommodation facilities.
The positioning of the resort within the marketing and sales concept.
A rough estimate of investment.
If our team is selected for design work, we will provide:
A Master plan including landscaping plan.
The details of accommodation units.
The design of communication paths, landings, and other construction elements.
The design of other facilities (pools, spa, restaurant, reception area, toilets, etc.);
The design of unique equipment and selection of standard equipment for accommodation facilities and associated other equipment, selection of decorative and other elements.

Construction Services
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Adjustments are often required during the course of Glamping and eco-resorts projects construction according to the actual conditions on the ground, which cannot be predicted in advance. Within our onsite supervision services, we would provide the following:
Coordination of the various contractors on-site or assistance to your own Project Manager.
Control of completed works.
Assistance to contractors and your team on specific issues during construction.
Marketing and Operations assistance
MARKETING & OPERATIONS ASSISTANCE
Positioning your Glamping / Eco Resort in the market is of paramount importance and we can provide you with expert assistance to a/ build a successful sales and marketing activities plan and b/ prepare the operation of your resort.
Our services include assistance in:
Creating a complete Brand Identity of the resort and developing a pricing strategy
Designing the perfect website and subsequent implementation (design, development, content management system, technical search engine optimization, google analytics, etc.);
Establishing an effective social networks visibility (development of promotion strategies and publications, management of social network presence)
Introducing your resort to tour operators, internet operators and other partners to create product awareness and receive business.
Designing printed or electronic promotional material and instructions on how to communicate with clients.
Establishing the Operating Standards of the resort and staff training.
