About us
Lea and Yiannis Vontas, the co-founders of the company, envisage the concept of sustainable glamping and eco-resorts as a way forward for the hospitality industry. In today’s world, a new interpretation of the word “hospitality” has to be created as guests are looking for smaller hotels and resorts and growingly more aware of the natural environment that needs to be respected and preserved for generations to come.
Aligned with the future and with this optimistic growing trend in hospitality, they bring a wealth of experience from the hospitality industry. Lea holds degrees in law and tourism and a past experience in managing resorts in her home country, while Yiannis has an extensive background in the hospitality business, having worked with many international and Greek luxury hotel groups and designing and building green field hotel and resorts projects (and not only) in different countries.
We have assembled a small team of professionals for the planning, construction and launching of such resorts which includes Architects , Landscape Designers and Financial Consultants with extensive experience in designing Glamping Resorts and obtaining planning and development permissions, resolving technical or environmental issues or obtaining government subsidies.

Sourcing an array of Glamping Units from partners in and outside Europe, and taking into consideration the site location and size, budget, and concept chosen, we can propose to install luxury tents of various designs and budgets, wood and glass cabins of various sizes, tree houses or even floating cabins.
Depending on the site location and concept agreed upon with your team, we will insert those units within a master plan which will include public areas, circulation paths and facilities such as conventional pools, or bio pools , activity and sports facilities.
The result will be a complete, multi-functional project, in which all facets of the concept will contribute to create a unique eco-resort.

Rock Resort
Glamping Project planned in Spilaion Grevena:
Phase 1 : 48 glamping units on 30,000 m2 of land. The 4 star resort will include large common areas Medical Spa, including a Restaurant, a Conference Room, Medi-SPA, a Music Studio and a Co-working space.
Bora Bora - French Polynesia
Marara Beach & Private Island Hotels:
Development of luxury Tent Units – some with private pools – to replace existing villas at the Sofitel Private Island Hotel and at the Sofitel Marara Beach Hotel and also increase capacity.
Ithaki Island
Ionian Islands – Greece
Development of 30 units around an existing half finished 1,700 m2 small hotel structure with rooms and substantial public areas.
